The worst internet connection ever do not purchase this monitor! Definitely not safe for babies with how often it goes down. And very expensive.

The app always loses connection to the baby monitor cameras and just shows them as ‘offline’. Inevitably you realise this having just put your baby down to sleep so there is little chance of going into their room and reconnecting to the camera without waking your baby. So frustrating as the handset that comes with the baby monitor does not reach to our living room so we rely on the smart app!

Used this app now for almost a year and can agree hundred 100% with the rest of the 1 star reviews. I don’t usual write reviews in general, but just fed up with the app connectivity to the camera and wifi and the laaaag.

I have the smart baby monitor 6800 3 inch screen. The app works very well with the camera and does everything we want 😁.

If you are looking for a monitor with an app that works, this is not the product for you. The app freezes and "it's a problem their end, please try later" perhaps when the baby is awake, crying or worse... The product works on WiFi with the monitor supplied. The app is rubbish. It will freeze, disconnect and after several attempts to shut it down and restart (as we often revert to all things digital), it still won't work. It has a mind of its own. By the way, support is NONE existant.

I read great reviews about this monitor but the quality on the parent unit is average at best. It has a very delayed response that sometimes I hear the baby before the monitor goes off. (Signal strength says 84% so it’s not the Wi-Fi) The app is even worse! Tried all the troubleshooting and there is no live feed. I can hear the sound and it will take snapshots when it detects motion but can’t get a live feed on the phone. There are much cheaper and better baby monitors out there.

Bought the smart baby monitor 6000. The monitor itself works fine but the app does not. It works on my husbands phone but not on my phone. We both have the exact same phone IPhone 12. I have downloaded the app and anytime I try and log in and it sends me the verification code it comes up with internal server error. I have contacted BT, who asked me to delete, reinstall, send them screenshots of settings on my phone and then no reply for over a month. Contacted again and still no reply.

So where do I begin, The app set up ok, then noticed when re opened it there was connection issues, where it wouldn’t work if I had WiFi on, then I turn wifi off and it takes over 45 seconds to connect, the lag is appalling, when I go to move camera takes over 10 seconds to register, Safe to say item has been Re boxed and is being sent back in the morning for another company’s product.. Poor poor BT!

We purchased BT baby monitor to have access to the camera through the app. The app does not work, it’s way more complicated than it needs to be. Full of internal errors. I would not recommend!!
