Suggestion: Almost all connection to Xfinity has an X., Emails, Texting, Trucks and so-on. Why is the app logo a O. I am always looking for an X. Whoever reads this; should put it in the suggestions box. May get you a bonus. He He Thanks Charlie

I switched from ATT to Xfinity, since then I’ve been receiving a lot of spams calls, ATT have a an app to block those calls but Xfinity doesn’t have it, this is so annoying, this is a business number I can’t change it, i called customer service and was awful advise and poor customer service, he told me to change the number after I told him this is a business number,

The app does not work at all. An address change throws this whole system into a black hole that it never recovers from. Phone calls, store visits, chats, texts, app messages.. nothing work. What a garbage way of dealing with customers after a stressful move.

I went with Xfinity mobile service because at the time I had their internet and thought it made sense. I regret it so badly. This company does not care about their customers or doing right by them. They hold your numbers hostage to try and keep you from going to another company. When you finally break down and give up your numbers just to be able to switch providers they continue to bill you after you disconnect . There is no customer service or resolution team that knows anything or has the resources to be able to help. I will never use them for any service again.

By-the-Gig plan has the same data priority as a Verizon account. Using two lines I’ve had very good experience. I tried the unlimited plan at one point out of necessity, but it can be (and was) deprioritized while I was at an airport to the point of being non-functional. Going back to By-the-Gig avoids that. Regional service quality has been good. What I expected of Verizon. Cost for using service outside the US is expensive, especially if you’re not visiting Canada or Mexico. Chat support has been helpful when I’ve used it. Over-the-top patronizing scripts, sure, but they’ve been helpful. This service is a separate business from other Xfinity services with mild integration of websites that look similar.

Every time I try to log in and launch the app. It never brings up my account info and says there’s a problem with accessing my information. No matter how many times I delete the app and reinstall it, the same issue arises. Please help!
