Buenos programa de entrenamiento; sin embargo, aunque se explican los ejercicios, se agradecería que se incluyeran videos para que sea más clara la realización de los mismos.

I like this app for its content. The exercises have instructions of how to perform the foam rolling and pictures on starting and finishing positions. The reason this gets three stars is that the workouts can benefit from a full length video or animation of how to perform the various exercises. Having pictures is great, but a video is much better. So, adding in videos of the workouts would push this rating to a 5 star, but nevertheless a good app.
