Actually a really nice app with good programs and exercises, but a lot of them are missing a picture to show the exercise, which makes it hard for people who don’t know what the names means.

I can’t adjust the resting time, only stays at 30 seconds. When I turn the iPhone to the landscape position, the resting time don’t appear on screen. How can I spend some money on this?

It’s a nice app but unfortunately some picture are missing. So it is not clear what exercise you must do.

I purchase the beginners stretch the pace is too fast, as a beginner I need enough time to familiarize myself with what I am been asked to do, There is not enough time to change from standing stretches to floor or vice versa. Also sometimes there is a left stretch but no right stretch. Why not group all the standing stretches and once you are on the floor you finish there. Otherwise the App is great. If the developer could find a way to slow down this beginner stretch I would be the first to change my rating.

Also an sich finde ich die app gut. Sie bietet einige Möglichkeiten. Aber ich hatte jetzt angefangen mit einem trainingsplan und leider kann ich den tag auch nur einmal machen, danach muss ich die anderen tage machen. Das ist ein bisschen blöd wenn man einen tag wiederholen möchte. Und was ich noch verbessern würde wäre vielleicht das man eine Erklärung zu der Übung sehen kann. Z.b.: Auf was man achten sollte bei dieser Übung. Wenn vielleicht etwas davon verbessert wird dann werde ich die app auch besser bewerten. Versprochen. 😉

Fui tentar um programa de alongamento . Ai que descobri que teria que pagar por Cada exercício. Não são claros na proposta deles .

Ich kann leider nur 1 10 Minuten Dehnungsworkout öffnen, daher verabschiede ich mich wieder. Auch wenn die App ansprechend programmiert wurde.
