Combining all programs from the cycle (300 push-ups, 50 pullups, 300 squats) you will get a strong and healthy body in record time. Do not be lazy, exercise and be healthy! The program is designed for lifting the torso or the leg raises - lying on your back Rules of the program: before start training you should run the test. The purpose of the test is to determine the maximum number of cruciani (body lifting) at a time you can do. Now basis on the test result, select the programme and start training. Not like the other apps that might be flashier but the excercises are focused to an overall and slower process.. were in here.. you can see where the time spent is going... abs!
