Would like to see if you could add a feature where you can search by store and see all open cases for that store. Not just scrolling through all open cases and having to find the one you’re looking for. Thanks!

Notifications are not updated. There’s a badge but when I refresh the app, I can’t see the latest notifications.

Is there any hope of feature parity with the web version? Sadly, my place of business uses this ticket system for almost everything, and it’s terrible to use as a submitter and as an agent. The Agent app is just as bad, maybe even worse. It’s not really created for end users.

Cant stand using this app anymore. Tired of having to log back in only at work just so this app can kick me out of it at random times absolutely terrible app!

They need to fix the resizing of screens on mobile devices. Make it so all actions can be performed, some actions are inaccessible because it goes off screen.

Does ServiceNow intentionally make their UI hard to use? Antipattern after antipattern is present in this horrible UI.

All the is showing in the app is notifications and settings. Will not allow me to do anything else.
