The app can also be used to help manage lactose or galactose intolerance. No internet connection, registration, personal details or additional payments required. Use the count and organiser tools to track your sugar (sucrose, glucose, fructose, lactose, maltose, galactose) and total sugar intake in g and to keep a daily bar chart of total sugar in %carbRDA provided by 250 heart healthy foods, 54 popular "not heart healthy" foods, and foods you choose to add to the counter using the edit tool in the quantities you’ve eaten.
