Scammers are using this app to gain visual to your phone and gather information. Do not use or trust because it is not secure. This app allows broadcasting to access photos, emails, and so many other apps unnecessary for what you may have called in for!

I downloaded this app too hastily. How in the world does it have a 4.9 rating!?!? 90% of the ratings are one star. If I had seen them I would have never downloaded this app. I can now appreciate you warning to not download or share with strangers. I called what I thought was a customer support line for hp printers. It turns out that it was not associated with HP.com. The “support” agent told me I was having problems with my printer because it had a virus. He then sold me a subscription for his company (Digital Mechanics) to keep all my devices virus free. I feel like such an idiot now, but at the time I thought that they were associated with HP. So, I thought they could be trusted. I’ve learned to not click on the first thing that pops up when you google something 🤪. I googled the same thing I did 2 months ago. Several HP support numbers come up before the actual HP direct support number. I still do not know the extent of the damage done. I’m in the middle of working it out. In conclusion, if you app designers are legit and you do care about your end user, please show your true ratings so people will be aware BEFORE getting duped.

Auf passen ist Betrugs Masche die seit ist wie Raynair auf gebaut wissen auch die Daten von den Flügen leiten ein dann weiter zu dieser seit also aufpasse. Zum Glück konnte nichts ab gebucht werden von meiner Kreditkarte krass . Auf passen auf passen

They had a fake Etsy customer service number I clicked it and they used this app to try to help but immediately go off the phone once they had access. I’m not sure what damages can be done but I deleted the app immdiately.

I will NEVER NEVER EVER purchase anything from Etsy again!!! I’ve been trying to contact them to download my pictures I purchased for printing. I’ve been trying since I ordered them on October 30th 2023!!! Every time I try to login to my account it keeps saying that I have the wrong password! I try again and it STILL says that the password isn’t correct! I even put in a password that said, I hate Etsy with no spaces. Never works. They took my money right away but their customer service, via chat, was absolutely HORRIBLE! So now I have to count it a loss of money!!! It reduced me to tears. Been trying TODAY since 9 AM CST!!! Never never ever again again!
