My wife google reset yahoo password and called the first number that came up. They asked her to download this app and put in bank info while they watched. They said that they needed to verify a transaction for about a dollar to make sure it was her. She then got a text from the bank that wanted to know if she approved a transaction for 500 some dollars. They told her to type yes and that was normal. She did not feel right so she typed no and they said then we can not help you and hung up. He debit card was canceled once she said no. So they did not get any money. Just remember always go to the website or app you need help with and look for the number there. Never google for a number when you need help with something digital.

This app is being used with fraudulent phone calls to access a userā€™s iPhone. Phone call is used initially to fraudulently trick one to download and open this app, after which control over oneā€™s iPhone is obtained(can view screen, etc). DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS APP.

Do not answer. A guy called me telling me there was suspicious activity on my Amazon account and asked me to download this app. I hung up based on the previous review. I called Amazon directly and they confirmed there was no suspicious activity.

I was contacted by an 800 number asking me to download this app. Luckily I saw the other reviews and the furthest I got was downloading the app. Thanks for the heads up in the reviews.

Ɯber den Appstore das Update eingespielt und jetzt geht die App einfach aus bevor man sich die GerƤte anzeigen lassen kann. Abgesehen davon, dass man schon seit Ć¼ber einem Jahr die App 2 Mal starten muss bevor man sich einloggen kann. Beim ersten Mal lƤdt sie einfach, und lƤdt, und lƤdt... zum Spass mal ne Stunde laden lassen, nix passiert. GrundsƤtzlich App starten, ein paar Sekunden laden lassen, schlieƟen, wieder ƶffnen und dann geht es. Zudem schlieƟt sich die App gerne mal wƤhrend der Fernwartung. Ist langsam echt lƤcherlich. Hab mittlerweile TeamViewer dazu gekauft weil ich darauf angewiesen bin. FĆ¼r 50,- ā‚¬ pro Seat einfach nur erbƤrmlich..!!!

They called and said they were from apple and there had been a security breach on my iPhone, they had me download this app so they could screen record as they directed me through signing in my Apple ID etc and then wanted me to check all of my financial accounts. This was a red flag. I clicked on cash app and immediately closed out and told them my records were secure, they said well you only opened cash app and I said your only screen recording to steal my info and they hung up on me!! I donā€™t know why it says one star! Apple needs to remove this app! How do you report it????
