I use this app everyday. Jon Kabat-Zinn is a huge inspiration, and the meditations in this app are completely beyond words and very supportive.

I paid for a subscription to access all the locked content. Yet, the content remained locked. The app support is weak at best and not responsive.

Great app to deepen the mindfulness practice. I already used the old guided meditations from the book and find this app very helpful as additional resource

Frustrating. Jon Kabst-Zinn is so idealist as judged by his excellent writing, but there is a disconnect with the app dies not work. Keeps asking ne to restore my purchase then agsin asks me to signup!

The customer representative really tried to help out as much as they could but nevertheless I wasn’t able to subscribe. There was a problem with the app and they said that the developer indicated the issue has been fixed but no matter what I do I cannot subscribe. So the app may not be l accessible to everyone and the reasons are some bug that is hard to fix

I first came across Jon’s original app in about 2009-2010. It svaed my life as I was suffering from intractable headaches caused by intracranial hypertension. Finding this new app after years of not having my original app is such a relief.

It truly is the best one. For the past 4 days after subscribing I’ve been practicing with the app a couple of hours everyday, and the benefits are beyond words. I would like to send my deepest love and gratitude to dearest Jon and the supporting team❤️🌴🌺㊗️

I have been using this app for the past six years. It has become a key element of my wellness plan. There is enough variety of practices to allow one to “mix and match” as desired and also to explore different approaches to meditation. I would strongly recommend reading JKZ’s book “Wherever You Go There You Are “ in conjunction with using this app. Strongly recommended.
