In each Department to solve the problems been faced by the Citizens and Collectorates and to achieve the objectives by the Government / Departments, lot of need is there for research and innovative. In-house research and innovative is a time consuming and costly proposition. How to solve problems with innovative solutions cost effectively in this time is a problem being faced by every Government organization, at present.
9. Solution Proposed with justification: To solve this problem, an Innovative App is conceptualized and it facilitates crowd sourcing of innovative ideas, best practices and associated case studies from the stake holders, state level functionaries, NGOs, Researchers, Scientists, Media personnel, knowledge workers, etc. This App facilities innovative solutions to the existing problems in public domain under various sectors of socio economic development to achieve the sustainable development goals. In India, there is a lot of gap is observed between Lab and Field, Field to Field and Lab to Lab.
This Innovative App is envisaged to bridge this gap and facilitate, adaptation of innovative and workout cost effective solutions to solve the problems. This can be implemented (anywhere) and it is proposed to pilot this App in Rangareddy District in Food Sector, Agriculture and Horticulture sectors. However, this can be envisaged in the country by any other organization.
