I’ve been using this for a day and I’ve noticed low glucose alarms aren’t creating low glucose events (I’ve had four low glucose alarms, but my low glucose events still tally to zero). The ability to connect to Apple Health as my centralised repo for health data is critical for me, but this doesn’t seem to be an option on the Australian app at the moment.

Edited. I gave up on Libre; far too frustrating to use the app. Switched to a different brand (Ottai). Their app is better and sensors are cheaper too. I get the impression that Libre are coasting- lots of stock responses in the reviews (“thank you for the suggestion we continue to improve the app” blah blah), yet no apparent improvements. Hence trying a different brand. Sensor is good. As other recent reviews suggest (repeatedly), the data presentation in the App itself is mediocre at best. The graph homogenises the data far too much. The alarms work, but when acted upon and glucose levels are corrected, the alarm event is usually erased from view. The time axis on the graph is too broad, leaving you guessing what time period you’re looking at, unless you keep adding manual notes just to highlight things. Graph should have a cursor or interactive option to access detailed information. Overall the key function of managing glucose works, (top marks), but the rest of the interface is sadly lacking and could (easily ?) offer much better management options.

Constant signal loss and sensor failure! I have put on four sensors in a row but all stopped working and asked me to replace them soon after they were activated. That is extremely frustrating and annoying!!!!!!!The app has been out for at least a few years. How come it is still that unstable??? If you can’t guarantee the stability and access via phone app, don’t put it in the market and advertise it. It is very misleading and unconscionable.

This is not a bad app and for a basic idea of your levels through out the day, it’s good. However could do with fair bit of improvement. One feature I would see as beneficial is to be able to see and review levels of past days and not just when you have logged a comment. Plus other things. For the expense of each freestyle device the app could be better

Should support landscape mode so more data can be displayed. Should support a cursor so you can see the time and values. Should support allow the user to scroll back on the home screen to more easily see the history.
