Approved for use with FreeStyle Libre sensors The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with the FreeStyle Libre sensor. Now you can check your glucose by scanning your sensor with your phone. Learn more about compatible phones at http://FreeStyleLibre.com. USING YOUR APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR If you’d like, you can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app and the reader with the same sensor. Testing this brand and with no Apple Heath integration, I’ll be leaving asap. It’s 2025, give us the right to our data and choose where it goes in stead of hoarding it for yourself!

The app isn’t great at presenting data, but it also won’t let you export the data in any way. If it integrated with Apple health I’d keep using it, but I’m going to try dexcom out. An Apple Watch complication would be useful too

The alarm used to go off with audio cue when my phone was on silent which was helpful when I needed to know when I I was going low at night. With the new update I had to change my phone settings to ringtone to hear the notification. So now, with ringtone on, I get everything at night including social media notifications out loud. It’s really frustrating. Can the tech time sort this out please? It’s affecting my blood sugar quite badly.

Used to be better when you had to scan the sensors manually and results were viewable in the log book. The timeline is difficult to read and you can’t scroll through to see the actual numbers like you can on Libre Link up. Most worryingly it absolutely should keep bugging you if your GM keeps going high. I got a report of 11 during the night but I wasn’t worried as my glucose tends to lower overnight. Woke up to 19. No further alerts during the night. Not useful. It’s good that you can get an overview, but if you want it to be really useful you’re better off scanning manually and not relying on it.

Really disappointed in the updated layout of the app. The homepage tells me: Time in range (not acutely important), Last scan reading (not acutely important), Average glucose (not acutely important) As well as a difficult to read 24 hour graph. The only way I can find out my current blood sugar is by physically scanning? It will not update or show me this data unless I physically scan, and even then, it will take you to the ‘my glucose’ page for about a minute before refreshing you back to this useless homepage. The homepage used to be a much easier to read 12 hour graph, current blood sugar level and trending arrow, not random stats you might check once daily in normal circumstances. These are the CRUTIAL and RELEVANT numbers you need to see immediately after opening the app. Also, low blood sugar alerts work, which is good. But they don’t say where your blood sugar is trending or what the reading at the time of the alert is? I hope for the sake of the developer that I’m just an incompetent that has missed a very basic step in setting this up, because you couldn’t have made worse changes if you’d tried. Hopefully this can be corrected, this is extremely frustrating and leaves me with few options except changing CGM systems and supporting apps

Could be better it lags at times would be nice if the was a way to add widgets to the Lock Screen. Or even better would be good to have a way of being compatible with brands of insulin pumps to create a ai improving closed loop system
