Les 3 premiers mois tout allait bien. Mais depuis quelques temps, 1 capteur donc l’aiguille a traversé mais pas dans le bon sens. La pharmacie a bien voulu me la remplacer, mais le labo fait la sourde oreille. Depuis 3 mois 1 capteur sur 2 de fonctionne pas .l application me dis de prendre un autre capteur ,mais je n’en ai pas a volonté .donc en gros pendant 15 jours pas d’info sur ma glycémie. Et là,la cerise sur le gâteau l’application m’envoie des fausses alertes d’hypoglycémie en pleine nuit. Genre 2.5 au lieu de 7mmol. La première fois coup de chaud pas contrôlé avec une goutte de sang, j’ai mangé du sucre et j’ai fini en grosse hyperglycémie. La moralité de l’histoire je vais reprendre mes contrôles à l’ancienne beaucoup plus fiable. Les labo pharmaceutiques c’est un peut tous pareil les sous dans la poche.les malades c’est des clients et rien d’autre.

Wieso gibt es keine Apple Health Integration? Das darf doch nicht wahr sein! Und auch keine andere Exportmöglichkeit? Warum nicht? Es sind MEINE Daten! Gebt sie mir heraus. Die Darstellungsoptionen in der App sind sehr bescheiden. Kein Zoomen oder Vergleichen möglich.

I am updating my review as according to Abbott the application is not compatible with iOS updates after 18.0.1. This is reflected on their official published list of compatible devices and OS. The agent told me to use a Reader which I do not have. He told me to just order one (?) or use a different phone (??). Neither suggestions are appropriate or helpful. Abbott would do well doing their job of keeping their already MINIMAL coding up to date.

Und das liegt nicht am handy, weil vor etwa einem Jahr funktionierte alles noch. Ist ein App problem, das Ihr fixen solltet. Irgendwann schau auch ich mal nach alternativen. Und ich habe echt ne Engelsgeduld.

Ich benütze den libre 2 und bin zufrieden was es macht. Möchte aber nicht jedesmal aufgefordert werden zu wechseln auf libre 3 Das nervt. Man kann es kaum löschen. Ich will ihn nicht !

Erhalte häufig die Meldung Signalverlust, obwohl mein iphone in Griffweite liegt. Dagegen erhalte ich Alarmmeldungen nur, wenn ich frisch gescannt habe.

Die App FreeStyle LibreLink funktioniert gut. Ich würde es aber schätzen, wenn man immer die Mengen der beiden Insuline die pro Zeitraum (zB. Woche) injiziert wurde Abrufen könnte. Dies würde es vereinfachen die Mengen zu kalkulieren die in einem bestimmten Zeitraum benötigt werden (z.B. Ferien)

The FreeStyle LibreLink app functions with some limitations that impede its usefulness and reliability and some limitations that reflect an outdated understanding of user experience and needs. • Connecting new sensors is hit and miss • The lack of a detailed view on the app and the elimination (or levelling out) of drops is unhelpful. • Information available on Libre View could and should be available on LibreLink. • The app lacks a Widget • The app lacks smartwatch compatibility. • The alarm and notification options and sounds are unnecessarily limited. These are the criticisms that come to mind without much effort. Positives are that the colour contrast on the app is good and clear. The ability to add notes retrospectively is helpful. And once connected the app does its job on a broad level. It would be wonderful if the app is developed to meet the usage and needs of Abbott’s clients considering the extortionate price point of their products. And unrelated to the app but if Abbott can find a way to keep the sensors on for the full 14 days or research and approve additional attachment locations it would significantly improve the reliability of its products and services.
