Y’all should please consider this on iPhone and Samsung versions of the app shouldn’t need to keep app open on your phone for it to work specifically while sleeping plus keeping the app open all the time drains battery life

I was in the movie theatre when the sensor decided to take a nap. Every 3 minutes I hear beep beep beep critical alert because glucose alarms aren’t available. I don’t need alerts, I just want to read my blood glucose level. So shut the app up already, but you can’t use the app if you turn off critical alerts. Very BAD app. I’m not a child. I don’t benefit from alerts in a theatre or at 2:00 am in the morning when the sensor goes caca. And if you close the app IT STILL ALERTS.

The accuracy needs work, the constant sensor disconnecting makes getting readings, difficult and aggravating. I tested my blood sugar with other forms of testing at the same time and the readings were inconsistent. Very seldom. Did they ever match up The constant alarms are highly intrusive aggravating and has woken me up from sleep frequently the silent mode needs to be longer for bedtime by at least 12 hours or give it a permanent quiet mode so that you can choose when to look at the alerts and because the alerts are constant, it interferes with the use of other apps and phone calls, causing loss of volume during important moments even when quiet mode is on and because the app requires it to be on even in the background, it eats away at my power on my phone faster because of it I'm just saying the app needs a lot of work but I can't recommend it as it currently is

This app sucks, it constantly loses contact with the sensor and your only option is to start a new one. It is very inaccurate and wakes you up in the middle of the night alerting you that you are dying. It is often wrong by 60 points. Would not recommend.

The adhesive doesn’t stick very well and after a while you lose the sensor because it’s hanging off by just the inside and the adhesive has already not lasted 14 days

They recently changed their app age restriction to 16+ and now my child is unable to access the app due to Screen time/Parental Control. Why did you make this unnecessary change, children use Libre for glucose monitoring.
