It’s very bad app since you can’t choose your country and there is no way to use it and use the sensor due to this issue , Freestyle is much better and professional app. التطبيق جدا سيء ولا يمكنك استخدامه لانه غير معترف باي دولة اخرى غير امريكا . للاسف freestyle افضل منه بمراحل

Ça fait 40 fois que j’essaye de mettre la France comme pays mais on ne me propose que États Unis ou Espagne . Du coup je n’ai pas accès à l’application alors que j’ai le patch dans le bras.

I sensori semplicemente non funzionano. Esistono soltanto tre diversi scenari: Il sensore mostra “Guasto del sensore, sostituire il sensore” durante la fase di riscaldamento, oppure il sensore mostra “Guasto del sensore, sostituire il sensore” dopo 2-3 giorni, oppure il sensore fornisce valori che sono falsati fino al 30–35%.

Las alarmas o no cantan o cantan indiscriminadamente. Llevo varias noches con excursiones glucemicas por encima de 180 y la alarma NO SUENA. Lo mismo con noches enteras en hipoglucemia… Por favor, arreglar ya. Si no el sistema de alarmas deja de ser seguro para el paciente.

the app works great in most areas, but it needs improvements. right now i write on a hypoglycaemia, because the application doesn't have a prediction model to warn 10-20 minutes before a hypo episode might occur. combined with the fact that most sensors have a delay of 5-10 minutes because they are placed in interstitial space around muscle/fat, i end up with a few mild hypo every week, which i could avoid with a prediction model. i look forward for those easy to implement change. Edit: the last update makes the app slower when unlocking the screen into the app, or checking the hypo/hiperglicemia. Edit: The product is great, but the app is awfully slow on iphone 13 Pro.

The app works well overall, but the graph really needs improvement. 1. My glucose readings are always between 3.5 and 11, yet the default graph range (2–22) makes the data harder to interpret — and there’s no option to adjust it. Customizable axes would make trends much clearer. 2. It’s also frustrating that I can’t swipe left to view past data. Regardless of the selected range (3h, 6h, 12h, or 24h), I should be able to scroll back in time — at least up to a week. On the bright side, the widget is excellent — I love that I can check my glucose without opening the app.

i love the app when it works but the developers of this app are next level as they don’t seem to have any testing protocol in place constant connection issue ! warning comes every time you open the app !! login issues where to start this company needs to fire the developer team !
