First off, the sensor was 20-30 points off when double verifying with a tested glucose meter. That doesn’t help much… Second, the app just shows and collects data - no analysis or recommendations. I’ve used a few different CGMs and Apps and never again with Stelo.

The app is useful and there is a lot of good information on the learn tab. But the stupid chatbot icon blocks half the page, i cannot figure out how to get it to go away. If you touch the scree in the wrong way you open the chat bot and it exits you out of th article you are reading. Ai bots are everywhere abd i am sick if them. Let us read an article using our actual intelligence rather than having a dumb bot block the info. Why would we need a chat bot to read an article?????? Booo.

Ok, so my rating is because the devs have not updated the app to account for Apple’s planned changes to the app initiated pairing process. This is now leading to issues with trying to pair a new biosensor to the iPhone. I have tested with with two different iPhones, two different versions of iOS, and the latest version of the app, v1.10.0. I get the same behavior. The pairing process just does not work. Also, the app needs modernization. Why does it not have dark mode support? Why does it

Overall good but missing a watch app and widget for Home Screen. Using Dexcom, I was able to see my real time numbers both on my watch and in a widget in the phone. With Stelo, I have to open the app. Other than that, no complaints.

The app is simple, useful, but does not accommodate the faulty Stelo CGMs that are paired to work with it. Given the high-failure and woefully inaccurate readings that the majority of Stelo CGMs that I and others that I know have received, when they actually do work and complete their full 14 days, the app should come with 2 key features that are missing: 1) Lack of calibration to a manual test and/or 2) a value to offset the absurdly high or low values that most sensors, in our experience, have been providing. We have grown tired of requesting replacements, trying again, repeating failures, rinse and repeat. Stopped buying, finishing out replacements, and trying Lingo next.

You would think that an app written by the same company would work but apparently not. The stepchild cgm also received less support. For months people had complained it doesn’t work on their watches and yet it’s still not working while the the more expensive Dexcom works fine on the watches.

I am terrified of needles but I know I needed to do this. I finally get the nerve and insert this into my body and nothing happens. Nothing will connect to my phone and it searched and searched for hours. I finally looked online to find out. They sent out a bad batch of these so I inserted this into my body for absolutely nothing. Twice. The worst part of this is that the dates of all of the failed ones were absolutely known before they were sent out based on all of the reviews so they knowingly sent me a bad product. BEWARE. AND THEN WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THEY IGNORED ME AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MONEY. Please don’t tell me to contact your support people because I did that and I chatted with him and I emailed them. And then when I start over, they tell me to open another ticket and I did that and they closed it again.

I got this device because Ive been having full on fainting episodes after eating ice cream or big plates of food. Literally to the point I felt drugged I had no control of my body I felt trapped inside my mind I was so tired. Now this is reading that my sugar keeps going below 70 but it’s not telling me how much and I don’t know if I should call an ambulance or not because it’s also having sensory issues so what if it’s not reading all the way correctly? And I’m afraid to go to sleep. I just wished this offered more insight. I have health issues that are unidentified right now and I have no clue if what I’m feeling right now is connected to my sugar because I don’t trust the sensor. It keeps going out. Also you should send an alert when a persons sugar is continuously under 70 for over an hour straight. Honestly when it goes above or below range level you should send an alert to the phone.

Sensor I put on 24 hours ago is reading 70 points too high. Only gives readings every 15 mins and doesn’t offer widgets like the g7 app does. If you can’t get the g7 I’d go in another direction.
