Since this latest update, my phone can be right next to me and lose the signal quite often. Also, the loss of signal alert is so loud, It really disturbs people if you’re in an environment where people are around you. I’m also hoping to see the Siri additions which were going to be implemented, when I was interviewed last summer. As a blind user, I find this app cumbersome, when setting the logs up every day. The buttons for Save and Confirm are hard to locate. They should be at the bottom or at the top so that you can locate them easily. Either at the top left or right, (but without disturbing left to right back gesture) or at the bottom.

Der Aufbau der App i.V.m. der Clarity App finde gut, übersichtlich und einfach. Allerdings hapert es stark der Zuverlässigkeit. Die App kann oftmals nicht gestartet werden und zeigt stetig Verbindungsprobleme an. Oftmals startet diese auch gar nicht bzw. erst nach einer zweistelligen Anzahl an Versuchen, stürzt anschließend aber wieder ab. Das es am Sensor liegt halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da die Konnektivität mit der Pumpe bzw. Apple Watch problemlos funktioniert. Bin stetig bei den aktuellsten Programmversionen.

App disconnects from the sensor often. Now for a week plus no one from customer service has responded. App continues to not connect to server and I’ve had no data for a week with a new sensor. Very frustrating.

I’ve never seen a software worse than this one, constant crashes, low customizability, and more issues that completely remove the want for the whole company. On the product side the G7 is great for being small and not hurting on insert, as well as shorter wait times, but I’d say that a good 1/3 minimum sensors have failed or provide inaccurate readings on the regular. Truly horrible software and pretty bad consistency for their products.

DO NOT USE if you want to sleep at night. The alert sounds are obnoxiously LOUD and frequent, and they will keep you up all night, even for non-critical messages. Even closing the app does not stop this, the app just opens itself right back up and keeps SCREAMING at you. No way to silence or chose a different, less annoying sound. I hate this app, and I will never use it again. I have simply lost too much sleep.

The app now never pings me about my sugar, the app doesn’t open when I try to refresh and force closes itself, and there’s always a problem with the Bluetooth connection.
