Why does it take so long for the notification to pop up after I open the app to view the alert? Sometimes I have to scroll up and down several times to get it to pop up so I can acknowledge it. Sometimes it takes so long that I forget if I acknowledge it. Then a few minutes later I have another alert. So tired of all the beeps, any unnecessary ones are a pain.

I’d give no stars but ya know… so I go to log in and it gives me an error and says the country residence isn’t licensed for my address on my account!!! WTH I’m in the U.S and it worked just fine when I first started. I even made a new account like it prompted me to!!! And I got the same error. Like why! So annoying… an inconvenience to be real especially if u mistakenly leave your monitor at home!!!

Sensors keep failing and the app kept going off in the middle of the night for zero reason! No information tied to the annoying activations, showed everything was normal, even tried “silencing it”, nope, I switched to a competitor and haven’t had any issues since.
This is stupid to require

This app is a travesty and the developers should feel ashamed to release it.

Horrible, if I could give it a 0 star I would! The app won’t even work let alone communicate with the insulin pump…

Accuracy seems to be better, but I dread changing it be cause of the giant looping bandage. The G6 was just a quick rip like a band aid, but this thing is very difficult to get off especially since they want it worn on the back of the arm which makes it even more difficult than taking it off of the abdomen like the G6. Also, when are they gonna catch up to the Freestyle Libre and make their product last 15 days and not need that big looping bandage?

Hello ,, I’m 11, I’ve been a type one diabetic for about two years. This app is definitely a life saver, it takes some work to set up, here’s what I recommend . The sensor itself is very tiny, easy to bump, and scrape off. What I do is I use an overlay patch so if it does get damaged the overlay patch will save it. I use alcohol wipes and Flonase spray where I’m going to insert the sensor to avoid rashes as I have very sensitive skin. the sensor can disconnect sometimes but not always, keep the app open and check your Bluetooth. The readings are somewhat accurate, but do know, the readings are behind by 10 minutes (2 readings) say, if my fingerstick says 402 but my Dexcom says 340 it’s behind on readings by a bit. But other than the negative stuff this is an amazing app! You should use it.
