To use White Crane martial power your body must move like a whip: smooth and flexible. Therefore the joints must be relaxed and the entire body connected, from the toes to the fingers. White Crane Soft Qigong trains you to be soft, relaxed, and coordinated. It also promotes smooth Qi flow and builds robust health and longevity. Soft Qigong promotes exceptional health of the spine and helps to keep the waist and torso fit and flexible. •Warm-ups & Stretching •Qigong Exercises for the Fingers, Hands, Arms, & Chest •The complete set of Moving Soft Qigong Qi Gong is an ancient movement practice that combines strengthening, stretching, and flowing movements for a strong, healthy body and relaxed, calm mind. Exercise is essential to comfortable, pain-free joints. Joints are places where bones meet with tendons and muscles. Over time, repetitive motion, stress and improper posture deplete our joints and bones of vital life force energy. According to the wisdom of Qi Gong, without correct posture and movement energy gets stagnant in the joints. Stagnation is an underlying cause of this deterioration; like standing water, “stale” energy leads to pain and stiffness. Once you experience the complete Qi Gong for healthy joints workout you will understand why millions of people worldwide use these exercises to stay active and independent. Qi means energy. Every system in your body needs energy. Your nervous system and spine conduct a tremendous amount of energy communicating mind to body and body to mind. When the Qi in your body is blocked, the systems don’t run smoothly. This practice will help to ensure that all parts of your body have a fresh supply of energy. Qi Gong translates as the “skill at working with energy.” Qi Gong is a time-honored practice that focuses on health, relaxation, energy, and vitality. Described as the “art of effortless power”, Qi Gong is easy to follow and effective for improving your health. Combining gentle stretching, energy-activating exercise, simple movements for strength, and flowing movements, Qi Gong gives a complete body/mind workout. Practice these routines and see for yourself how wonderful and enlivened you can truly feel. You will learn: •Simple stretches for improved flexibility •Release stress, tension, and tightness •Activate internal energy •Flowing movements for deep relaxation and a calm clear mind Thank you for downloading our free app! We are striving to make the best possible video apps available. Sincerely, The team at YMAA Publication Center, Inc.
