After the format video o presentation you have to pay to proceed. Si, if you are looking for a free base training, like me, this is not for you. Nor for me.

Dr Yang teaches Tajik qigong I’ve never seen anywhere else. This DVD is $40 but the app is only $9.99 for the entire thing. I LOVE the coiling set which is now part of my daily routine. This is classic traditional arts you just can’t find unless you’re lucky enough to have a Taijiquan master in town. Highly recommend.

The Taiji qigong is originally made to prep your body for tai chi form practice. But it boosts your energy and makes the whole body feel better, and can be done by anyone, with no prior experience needed. Great value for IAP, gets the whole DVD content cheap.
