Stream or download these Tai Chi Fit TO GO video lessons and feel the flow of Tai Chi with David-Dorian Ross. Small file size, free sample videos, and a single IAP to unlock all content. • Mirror-view beginner tai chi moves to the left and right. • Low-impact, whole body exercise done sitting or standing. • No experience needed; beginner-friendly follow-along workout. In Tai Chi Fit: TO GO, David-Dorian helps you to find time for your tai chi practice with three different 20-minute workouts. The moves are shown in mirror-view, repeated to the left and right before a simple transition takes you to the next step. What if you only have a short time for your tai chi workout? What if you only have limited space? The Tai Chi Fit: TO GO workouts are portable, "pocket-sized" sequences that you can do anytime, anywhere. These short sequences are perfect for the commuter, the traveler, the busy Mom or Dad - and especially good for the workplace (try a Tai Chi Fit break instead of coffee)! The three TO GO workouts are a great way to get tai chi practice without the stress of memorizing a form. Just follow along! This program is perfect for beginners and experienced tai chi practitioners wanting some relaxing exercise and a few moments of tranquility during your day. Whether you are a beginner or a Tai Chi master already, these amazing exercises offer the perfect combination of relaxation and full-body exercise. You'll enjoy reduced stress, a stronger immune system, and a deeper awareness of breath and body coordination. Tai Chi, or Taiji, is short for Tai Chi Chuan, or Taijiquan, which translates from Chinese to “Grand Ultimate fist”. Tai Chi is an internal-style Chinese martial art that can be traced back to the Chen family, the Daoists at Wudang mountain, and ultimately to Shaolin Temple. When practiced slowly for health purposes, Tai Chi is a type of Qigong. Qi-Gong means "energy-work". Qigong (chi kung) is the ancient art of building the body's Qi (energy) to a higher level and circulating it throughout the body for rejuvenation and health. Some Qigong is practiced sitting or standing still, while other Qigong can be a kind of moving meditation. This gentle Qigong exercise is a highly effective way to reduce stress, increase energy, enhance healing, and generally improve your quality of life. Qigong increases the quantity of energy in the body, and improves the quality of your circulation through energy pathways, known as meridians. Qigong is sometimes called "acupuncture without needles." Similar to yoga, Qigong can stimulate the entire body deeply with low-impact movement and develop a stronger mind/body connection. The slow, relaxed movements are widely recognized for their health benefits, such as boosting your immune response, strengthening the internal organs, muscles, joints, spine, and bones, and developing abundant energy. A Qigong session makes one feel strong, centered, and happy. Qigong can be effective in helping people with insomnia, stress-related disorders, depression, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, and problems with the immune system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, bioelectric circulatory system, lymphatic system, and digestive system. Thank you for downloading our free app! We are striving to make the best possible video apps available. Sincerely, The team at YMAA Publication Center, Inc.
