Zoho SalesIQ is incredibly slow on iOS. The app frequently hangs, making it almost unusable. Chat responses take too long to load, causing delays in customer interactions. Overall, the performance is frustrating, and it needs serious optimization for iOS users.

This would be so much more useful if there was a desktop widget to be able to have sitting open. I can only respond in my phone or with the browser open.

The platform overal is great. The app works fine too. But the reason we picked another company for our chat is: 1 you can’t send proactive messages if you activate one bot already. 2 you can’t have more than one bot per brand. You don’t find any of those limitations in other chats.

This has been an issue for months, the app icon doesn’t clear notifications after chats are closed. The last update was supposed to fix, but am still having issues.

I bought this app almost one year ago and it was working fairly well in IOS. As time passed it is impossible to work with IOS as we face the following issues: 1. With IOS14 Greek letters are not activated thus we can not reply in Greek. 2. The user contacts us and we can reply, only if the user is logged in we can contact him via email. 3. At the user’s page The wizard become too large and covers almost full screen of a laptop and the user can not see the x button to minimise it. In addition, this happens 2-3 time without the user asking for help. 4. The FAQ are not easily visible

ZOHO email is difficult to use and has a carnival childlike desktop on your computer. Not at all easy to use and definitely not suited for a serious business environment. If you like colored balloons and bubbles and next to no space to write your email text, then you’ll love ZOHO mail! Bring on the clowns!
