Connect FLEX is an app-based, on-demand service that provides flexible routing based on passenger demand within a defined zone. Booking rides with Connect FLEX is EASY.
All you do is select your pickup and drop off locations and select a trip time that meets your needs.
The app will then guide you to the closest pickup location (typically at a safe street corner) and an estimated pickup time.
