ORIZEN is a paratransit service for individuals with reduced mobility. It allows you to travel on demand anywhere within the Grand Avignon area, from one address to another. Trips are made with adapted vehicles shared with other clients for greater availability.
The ORIZEN app is intended for travelers using the ORIZEN service in Grand Avignon. Only individuals who are pre-registered with the service can use the app. To benefit from ORIZEN, please complete the registration process, with details on the required documents available at orizo.fr.
ORIZEN is available by reservation only and is accessible at a fixed price for a single journey ticket.
The ORIZEN app enables you to be autonomous 24/7 :
- Search for a trip
- To book one or more trips until the last minute
- To modify or cancel one or more trips
- View all planned trips
- To be informed in real time of the next trips with the notification system
- Follow the approaching vehicle in real time
- To express their level of satisfaction with the service
