MyWay is an on demand public transport service getting you to more places around Hastings quickly and easily. You can book using the app, and track your ride.
You’re in charge - you say where you want to be picked up from and dropped off, and when. It’s there to meet your needs, so there’s no set route or timetable.
How does MyWay work?
MyWay is an on-demand travel service that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the MyWay app, tell us your pick-up and destination and we’ll match you with a mini bus going your way.
Book a ride on your phone.
Get picked nearby (up to 200m walk).
Share your ride with others.
How long will I wait?
You can choose from a few different times, but we’ll always aim to pick you up within 25 minutes. You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick up time before booking and track your vehicle.
How many other people are on the bus?
Our mini buses carry up to 11 people. Just like on other forms of public transport, the number of passengers you will share your journey with will vary. Sometimes this may be as few as 1 or 2, other times the vehicle may be full.

Our technology matches people heading in the same direction, giving you the convenience and comfort of a private ride with the efficiency, speed, and affordability of a public one.
