Flex’Hop est le service de transport en commun à la demande proposé par la CTS dans l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg. Avec l’application Flex’Hop, vous pouvez : - Rechercher un itinéraire - Réserver une ou plusieurs places (jusqu’à 2 min avant le départ et jusqu’à 15 jours à l’avance) - Modifier ou annuler vos réservations en toute simplicité Zones desservies : trajets d’arrêt à arrêt dans une zone définie, avec possibilité de rejoindre certains arrêts connecteurs situés en dehors de la zone. Flex'hop fonctionne tous les jours de l’année (sauf le 1er mai), de 5h à 00h Un titre de transport CTS valide est nécessaire et doit être validé à bord.}

Cette application est pire que l’ancienne !!! On ne sait plus à quelle heure on arrive quand on réserve, les conducteurs prennent systématiquement du retard qu’il soit 7h ou 12h ou 15h, vue qu’il n’y a plus d’heure fixe !! 15 minutes de retard !!! C’est abusé hors heures de pointes, en plus en restant garé au même endroit (on le voit sur l’appli quand ils ne bougent pas), c’est décevant.

Est ce que la ou les personnes qui ont créé se truc, ont pris 5 minutes pour le tester ?! C’est un casse tête et je n’ai pas repris un flex hop depuis la nouvelle application parce que j’arrive pas à réserver une course ! Venez pas dire après que Flex hop n’a pas d’avenir parce que plus personne ne peut utiliser le service … remettez l’ancienne appli ou mettez un tuto quelque part ! Ça me met en colère, franchement je suis pas hyper douée avec la technologie mais je me débrouille, alors une personne âgée elle fait comment ?! C’est honteux d’avoir sorti ce truc 😡😡😡

Incroyable d’avoir sorti une application dans cet état. Pour saisir un trajet on se croirait dans un escape game… vous pouvez changer de société de presta pour vos applications !!!

Déçu dire qu’il faut utilisé les transport en commun au lieu du Flex’hop autant supprimé l’application. 0
