What is GDS Mobil:
GDS Mobil is a transportation service for participants of the Global Disability Summit 2025 in Berlin who need transportation support during the event. It is offered by the Event Organizer and operated by the company Via Mobility.
In addition to public transportation, this service provides a flexible mobility option during the event days. Within a 6 km radius around the event center, GDS Mobil enables transportation from your hotel or accommodation to the event venues and also to/from the airport into the city.

To use the transport service, you need to be a registered participant of the Global Disability Summit 2025.

Please download the app and follow the registration flow.
How to book a ride with GDS Mobil:
Once you are registered for GDS Mobil, you can either pre-book your rides, or book a ride when you need it (spontaneous rides)
1. Provide ride information --
Enter the information about your desired ride.
2. Ride confirmed and time of pick-up communicated --
The system will search for a ride after you place your order. Initially, a 30-minute pickup period will be communicated. We will reserve this period for you.
3. Track location and waiting time --
In the smartphone app, you can view the current location of the GDS Mobil vehicle before your trip. You can also see the approximate time you have to wait for the GDS Mobil.
Spontaneous rides:
Spontaneous ride means: you don't want to plan the ride for a long time. This is also possible. You can book the ride on the same day. You can only book a spontaneous ride when vehicle capacity is available.
Service area:
The service area covers a 6 km radius around Station Berlin (Luckenwalder Str. 4-6, 10963 Berlin) and includes transportation to and from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) within this zone.

April 1: 09:00-17:00
April 2: 07:00-21:00
April 3: 07:00-24:00
April 4: 07:00-15:00
