Why give the option to choose pickup times when it will AUTOMATICALLY move you to the closes time? If you call and ask for a specific time they will tell you “it’s only an on demand service “ THEN WHY GIVE THE OPTION ON THE APP!?

Sometimes the ride that I book doesn’t move. There is no way to contact the driver or the customer care to know what can be done. Please make that function available in your app. Thank you

1. Fix the communication between customers and the people who are supposed to service those customers. 2. Fix the fact that wait times for rides are extremely inaccurate. 3. Fix the fact that there is no way to contact ANYONE while a ride time is just passing on by like customers don’t have places to get to through Pickup. 4. Fix the selection process and allow customers to see other ride pickup options even if one is already in transit so that if another bus is closer we can cancel the current and choose that one. 5. IF A 5 MINUTE PICKUP IS SELECTED IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 20 EXTRA MINUTES WITH NO COMMUNICATION AS TO WHY TO BE PICKED UP! A 25 MINUTE FUTURE PICK UP REQUEST SHOULD NOT JUST TURN INTO 5 MINUTES! Stop the excuses and just be better. Maybe choose to partner with someone other than MTM transit because these kinds of errors don’t complement anything.

I enjoy the pick up up because it is helpful for us the one who use the service to get around and and also I hope and the future that they can expend pick up into Austin as well

Great service and I am very thankful that Capital metro provides it for such a reasonable price. There are many people in Austin who are struggling financially and this is a life saver for people like myself. When it is this hot out and your skin is as white as mine, a service like this can be the difference in me being severely sunburned and not sunburned at all. Thanks for doing this for the community

It was nice the first few days but I’m not sure what happened there was a sudden shift The drivers keep thinking I haven’t payed even though I’ve paid with my debit card I’m tired of trying to prove that I did pay it makes me anxious and feel bad also the recent driver I got was driving really fast I wanted to cry please pay them more I don’t want them to take out their anger on me it’s already hard leaving the house I’m still crying

I have been using pickup for a couple years now and I have been impressed by the service. All the drivers are very nice and friendly and courteous. They are very considerate of my visual impairment. I am very grateful and appreciative of the drivers and the service in all. Thank you drivers and Capmetro.
